Clarity Is Power

“Wanting something is not enough. You must hunger for it. Your motivation must be absolutely compelling in order to overcome the obstacles that will invariably come your way.”

– Les Brown, Speaker & Author

In life, and in work, clarity is power, focus is vital and execution is always the end goal.

When I work with CEOs and leadership teams, I often come across what I call fuzzy plans. For all of us who ardently want something for our life, our business, or for our family, description, and measurement are critical. How will you know when you hit a target? What will you do when the inevitable obstacles, challenges, and naysayers surface to knock you off course?

Clarity is power, and one must want something more than any form of interference that endeavors to keep us from it.
