Access Point <Who Knows?>
"Being able to say 'I don't know' opens access to the highest state of learning."
- James K. McPartland
Most of us will agree that we know what we know, and we know what we don't know.
The greatest opportunity for growth exists in a space called "don't know that I don't know".
While many will benefit from unlearning certain things (i.e. "the way things are and the way things are supposed to be"), to create room for new things (ideas, beliefs, behaviors, systems, and communication), we must be willing to let go of our ego and get comfortable being uncomfortable in an area known as the unknown.
