"The pursuit of mastery requires deliberate practice. It is not about reaching your potential, it is about building it."
James McPartland
Mastery requires far more practice than most people are willing to devote time to. Our brain and body have the needed capacity, however most of the population are satisfied to live inside of their comfort zone. Far too often we opt to live in a world of good enough. With focused and deliberate practice, learning becomes a way of taking control of our destiny. Purposeful practice increases our talent. We can shape our potential in ways that we choose. If we want to become significantly better, we can.
